I'm beyond stoked that I got a mind-blowing room upgrade when I checked in, totally unexpected and super cool! The breakfast on Monday was jaw-dropping, with a variety of high-quality options. The location is top-notch, away from the city center but with easy access to main roads. There's a gas station and a shopping mall with a cafe right nearby. The pool in the nearby building was perfect, although a tad crowded with kids on the weekends. The jacuzzi was excellent! The hotel itself felt new and clean, with only the necessary furniture. The trolley-bus stop was conveniently close, making it a breeze to get to the center. There's also a food store just a 3-minute walk away. Parking was safe and free, and the location saved me tons of time during rush hour.

The main advantage is free spa entrance
Unskilled staff doensn't want fulfill its duties-Imagine- the receptionist didn't even checked my booking condiotions and didn't know ( or better say unwilling ) about free rooms. To be honest we were lucky enough to meet another girl at the reception. She did her best. Very poor brekfast. No choice at all.Besides that one has to wait its turn for sausauges or pancakes.....:((((

Clean rooms but a bit old styled. Bus stop was near so easy access to city center. Free use of spa was great. Breakfast was quite normal, I guess we were only people staying there that night so breakfast was made for only us. Big shopping mall nearby.

Breakfast included with a decent selection of food. Convenient location with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping center.
Noisy during the night due to busy traffic, making it difficult to sleep. Wi-Fi didn't work and the staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

Hotel staff is excellent, all russian speaking. Spa center included in the room price.
No air conditionning (on the other hand we didn't really need it).

Additional benifits - SPA is included in the price of the room. The room was clean and spacious, friendly staff, very cosy atmosphere.

Very clean and quiet rooms with a nice flat-screen TV on the wall
Big and clean showers with free water in the room, a big plus. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. - Delicious breakfast, with top-notch cooking. - Close to public transport, with convenient stops for the troleybus 3 and buses 11, 22, and 39. - Private airport transfer service available for a reasonable price. - Spa facilities included, with options for massage, solarium, and cosmetology at extra charge. - Hotel staff is open-minded and accommodating, ready to solve unexpected problems. - Discount offered when changing rooms or extending stay. - Large shopping center next to the hotel
Felt very homey, no complaints whatsoever

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep after all the festivities. The spa and pool facilities were a lovely bonus, and helped us relax and unwind after a night of partying. the hotel’s location provided easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
The breakfast buffet was limited to just toast and the service staff could have been more attentive. The lack of a ramp or lift meant carrying our luggage up and down the stairs, which was not ideal.

The room at Unimars Hotel Arena Riga was absolutely fantastic! It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Plus, the carpeted floors added a nice touch of warmth to the room. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciate the thoughtfulness put into creating a comfortable space for guests like me.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was the lack of a private balcony. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
